Summer Camp at Camp Cherry Valley
We don’t always go to two weeks of summer camp, but this year we did! Our first week of summer camp in 2023 was at Camp Cherry Valley, on Catalina Island. The trip starts with an overnight bus ride, to a ferry in Long Beach to Catalina, then a hike from Twin Harbors into camp.
Highlights of this year were again the 4th of July fireworks, celebrating their 100th anniversary, the waterfront and perhaps most of all the amazing staff.
1/21/24: Unfortunately Camp Cherry Valley will be closing this summer, after 100 years of summer camp. We’ll miss you!
